Cancellation Policy

Bellissimo Policies: Due to the fact that the latex balloons are disposable and one-time use only, Bellissimo Balloon Co. must have a few policies in place. Our goal is to enhance every event we set up, have a fantastic relationship with our clients, and make each interaction pleasurable. We must also protect our business, our time, and our family. The following policies are in place for those reasons. Deposits: Deposits are due at the time of signing, materials will not be pulled from inventory or purchased until the deposit has cleared. Deposits secure the date and purchase of material; therefore are non-fundable. The deposit will be subtracted from the full balance. The balance must be paid in full at the time of installation, and displays will not be installed until the balance is paid in full. Set-up and Tear-down Policy: All areas where an installation needs to be ready at the agreed-upon day and time for our Bellissimo Artist to install. Changing location from inside to outside can cause issues for latex, and we strongly recommend all outside balloon displays be shaded. Direct sunlight and heat have a negative effect on latex and mylar. If the installation needs to be taken down at the end of an event, a Bellissimo artist will be there to unassemble the display at the agreed-upon date and time. If, for some reason, this can’t happen, and the artist must wait, there will be a $40 per hour charge. Cancellation Policy: In the event the installation is canceled 72 hours before installation, there will be no charge, however, the deposit is nonrefundable. If an event is canceled within 72 hours of the event the balance must be paid at 50%. If an event is canceled within 48 hours of the event, the balance must be paid in full. Rain dates set within 24 hours will not be considered cancellations, with the understanding that materials will most likely be sitting for 24 hours. Rain dates longer than 24 hours will be considered a cancellation, and we can no longer guarantee that date or material.
